NOTE: Proof required for Residents and Students

ADM 2025 – Cancellation/Refund Policy Excludes Exhibit Booth Registrants.

  • From the initial confirmation and up to April 25th, 2025, 50% percent of the total registration fee will be refunded.
  • No refunds for cancellations on or after April 26th, 2025.
  • There are no refunds for No-Shows.
  • Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting.
  • If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to email: support@nmgreg.com.

Transfer Policy

  • Registrations are non-transferable up to 45 days to the start of the conference.

Late Registration

  • Any new registrations after May 10th, 2025 are subject to a $25.00 late fee.
  • All On-Site registrations are subject to a $50.00 on-site fee.

Retrieval of your Profile

  • You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
