Cancellation & Refund:
From the initial confirmation
until April 1, 2014, a penalty of $150 of the total
Registration Fee. After April 1, 2014 and up to May 1, 2014
the penalty will be 50% of the total Registration Fee. After
May 1, 2014 there will be no refunds for the cancellation or
for lack of attendance. Registrants who do not cancel
according to the guidelines above noted forfeit all fees.
Refunds will be processed within thirty (30) days following
the meeting.
