NOTE: Proof required for Residents and Students
ADM 2024 – Cancellation/Refund Policy Excludes Exhibit Booth Registrants.
- From the initial confirmation and up to April 30th, 2024, 50% percent of the total registration fee will be refunded.
- No refunds for cancellations on or after May 1, 2024.
- There are no refunds for No-Shows.
- Registrants who do not cancel according to these guidelines above forfeit all registration fees. Refunds will be processed thirty (30) days following the meeting.
- If for any reason, you need to cancel your registration, you are required to do y emailing: support@nmgreg.com
Transfer Policy
Registrations are non-transferable up to 45 days to the start of the conference.
Late Registration
Any new registrations after April 30th, 2024 is subject to a $25.00 late fee.
All On-Site registrations are subject to a $50.00 onsite fee.
Retrieval of your Profile
You may retrieve your registration profile by entering your original email address and your password.
